Latex base Drylok® Extreme masonry waterproofer is the next generation in waterproof coatings. Features flexible encapsulated polymers which squeeze into the masonry for the ultimate in waterproof protection. Specially formulated to resist mildew growth on the dry paint film with the incorporation of an environmentally friendly green biocide. Fully transferable 15 years warranty. Tested to ASTM D-7088 Resistance to hydrostatic pressure at 15 psi and ASTM D6904 resistance to wind driven rain. Reduces Radon gas penetration.

Made of titanium dioxide diethylene glycol monomethyl ether 2-propanol 1-(2-butoxy-1-methylethoxy)- propanol oxybis- dibenzoate with a white finish, with applicable materials Acrylic Cement Latex Alkyd Oil Base Polyvinyl, application method Brush Roller Spray, application temperature 50 deg F.

For above and below grade masonry walls, basements, brick, brick walls, cinder and cement blocks, concrete, including retaining walls, inside/outside or on any surface consisting of stucco
