Returns and refunds

You have 30 days to return an unopened, uninstalled stock item in resalable condition. Bring the receipt or give us the order number. We refund to the original payment method.

Anything cut to size, special orders, and any bagged or boxed material that has been opened.

A sheet cut to your dimensions is not a sheet any more : nobody else needs that size, so we cannot put it back on the rack. A special order was bought for your job, not for our shelf. Opened bags and boxes cannot be sold as new.

Tell us within 48 hours and we replace it or take it back. No restocking fee, no argument. A photo helps, but it is not a requirement.

On unopened special-order or non-stock items, where we accept the return as a courtesy, the restocking fee is 20%. That is what it costs us to send the item back to the supplier.

Delivery charges are not refunded on a return you start. On carrier-shipped orders the return shipping is yours, unless we shipped the wrong item : then it is ours.
