True PrimalForge Series TRU-FXK-1017 Slicer Knife, 7-1/4 in L Blade, Stainless Steel Blade, Wood Handle, Brown Handle

TRUE's PrimalForge® knives are inspired by blacksmith craftsmanship so they have an artisanal, hand-forged aesthetic without the high expense and maintenance of a custom knife. The forged styling and tumbled stonewash finish add to the rustic design and will mask wear and tear over time. The hefty, yet ergonomic handle feels great in your hand and is made of Monzo wood which is known for its dense hardness and water-resistant properties. The sturdy, stainless steel blade holds a sharp edge and is built with full tang construction to ensure long-lasting durability. A custom sheath is included to protect the knife when you need to pack or store it. Start taking your game to the next level with the ideal grilling cutlery. The PrimalForge® Tanto Slicer has a sharp point and stiff blade that is designed for precision carving and trimming of large cuts of meat or slicing of hard root vegetables. The PrimalForge® Tanto Slicer knife has a 7-1/4 in recurve tanto blade design making it a multi-purpose knife for precision carving, cutting, boning and pairing tasks such as trimming fat from meat in preparation for grilling/smoking, slicing up cooked meat and dicing vegetables for the ideal presentation.
