True PrimalForge Series TRU-FXK-0008 Nakiri Knife, Stainless Steel Blade, Wood Handle

The PrimalForge® nakiri is designed specifically for precision vegetable preparation. Its flat, straight blade allows for smooth, clean cuts, making it ideal for slicing, dicing and chopping vegetables without crushing them. Whether you're making paper-thin slices or quickly dicing large quantities of produce, this knife ensures effortless performance, while the wide blade helps with scooping and transferring ingredients with ease. True's PrimalForge® knives are inspired by blacksmith craftsmanship so they have an artisanal, hand-forged aesthetic without the high expense and maintenance of a custom knife. The forged styling and tumbled stonewash finish add to the rustic design and will mask wear and tear over time. The hefty, yet ergonomic handle feels great in your hand and is made of Monzo wood which is known for its dense hardness and water-resistant properties. The sturdy, stainless steel blade holds a sharp edge and is built with full tang construction to ensure long-lasting durability. A custom sheath is included to protect the knife when you need to pack or store it. Start taking your game to the next level with the ideal grilling cutlery.
