Product description

Consists of two cross-linked polyethylene insulated phase conductors triplexed with a yellow-striped, cross-linked polyethylene insulated neutral. High quality heat and moisture-resistant cross-linked polyethylene is rated 75 deg C for wet and 90 deg C for dry locations. 120 A maximum in duct or 165 A in direct earth burial applications with a maximum conductor temperature of 90 deg C, 600 V. 2 - 2 - 4 URD x 500 ft spool. UL listed.

Measures 500 in long, with conductor insulation Polyethylene, conductor material Aluminum, current rating 165 A Direct Burial 120 A In Ducts.

Application

For secondary distribution and underground service at 600 V or less, either direct burial or in ducts

  • Conductors are stranded, compressed 1350-H19, H16 or H26 aluminum, insulated with vulcanized interlinked polyethylene (VIP 1), Southwire's cross-linked polyethylene
  • Neutrals are triple yellow extruded stripe
  • Cables with "YES" neutrals have sequential footage markers
  • Conductors are durably surface printed for identification
  • Two-phase conductors and one neutral conductor are cabled together to produce the triplex cable configuration
  • Conductors are also available paralleled
