Henry PR175042 Foundation Coating, Black, Liquid, 0.9 gal Pail

Premier 175 Foundation® coating non-fibered dries to a tough, flexible, weather-resistant film. Because of its ability to retain its flexibility, resists damage which may result from expansion and contraction caused by weather, temperature variation and normal building vibration.

Made of petroleum asphalt with a black finish, with container type Pail, flash point 105 deg F, form Liquid.

Application

For damp proofing above and below grade, exterior concrete and masonry walls and foundations

• Non-fibered coating cures to a tough, flexible, weather-resistant film
• Resists damage which may result from expansion and contraction caused by weather, temperature variation and normal building vibration
• Use for damproofing exterior vertical, below-grade masonry walls
• Can be used on the exterior surface of underground storage tanks and pipes
• This material is also used on stone, brick or concrete surfaces
• May be used as an underground exterior foundation coating and damproofer
• Coverage: Coverage is approximately 1.5 gal per 100 sq-ft depending on texture and porosity of surface
