Drop the lamp at the counter, or send a clear photo of the fixture and the part that needs work with the form. A photo of the socket or the plug end helps us quote faster.

We estimate before we touch it
Every repair is quoted per fixture. You get the estimate and the timing first, and nothing is done until you say go.
Step 3
Rewired, tested, and back to you
New cord set, socket, switch or dimmer installed and the lamp tested under load. Pick up at 1587 First Avenue, or we deliver it back anywhere in Manhattan at no charge.

For a simple cord or socket swap, ask about same-day turnaround when you drop off. Restoration work takes longer and we give you a date up front.
Should I bring the shade and bulb?
Bring the shade if it needs fitting; otherwise leave it home. We test with our own bulbs.
Do you sell lamp parts if I want to do it myself?
Yes. Sockets, cord sets, plugs, harps, finials and dimmers are in the Electrical department at 1587 First Avenue.
