Send the room size, whether it is a window or a wall sleeve, the sleeve or window measurements, the floor, and whether the building has a service elevator. A photo of the opening helps.

We size the unit and quote the job
We match the BTU rating to the room and the opening, check what is in stock, and give you the unit price and the installation price together, before anything is scheduled.
Step 3
We deliver and install
The unit is brought up, mounted with a proper support bracket or fitted to the sleeve, sealed, and tested. Old units can be hauled away; ask when you book.

Too small runs all day; too big short-cycles and leaves the room damp. We size by square footage, sun exposure and ceiling height.
Brackets, sleeves and seals
Support brackets, sleeve kits, foam seals and side panels are stocked at 1587 First Avenue, so the install is done right the first time.

Can you install the same day?
Often yes for in-stock units in Manhattan when you book early in the day. We confirm the window when we quote.
Do you do through-the-wall units?
Yes. Bring or send the sleeve measurements and the brand and model of the old unit if there is one, and we match a replacement that fits the sleeve.
Do I need a support bracket?
Most NYC buildings require an exterior support bracket for window units, and many co-ops specify it. We stock brackets and install them as part of the job.
Can you remove and dispose of my old unit?
Ask when you book. We can haul the old unit away with the install.
What size unit do I need?
It depends on the square footage, sun exposure, ceiling height and how many people use the room. Tell us the room and we size it, or bring the dimensions to the counter.
Do you sell A/C units without installation?
Yes. Buy the unit at 1587 First Avenue and carry it out or have it delivered, with or without installation.
